If purchaser desires to use the photos in any public form such as magazine, newspaper, newsletter, or other similar material, permission must be requested from the photographer in advance through the Contact Us link on the home page.

If you use any photos publicly, whether for commercial use or not, it is required to give credit for the photo in a byline - example: "Photo (c) by John Nielsen". Note the spelling of the last name.
